Professional Virtual Therapy from the Comfort of Your Home

Trying to fit therapy into an already full schedule can feel like one more thing you don’t have time for.

Virtual therapy makes that easier.

I offer online therapy for adults 30 and older across Massachusetts, so you can meet with me from wherever you have privacy — your home, your office, or anywhere that works for you — without having to rearrange your entire day to make it happen.

Whether you’re looking for individual therapy or couples therapy, the work we do doesn’t change just because it’s online. You still have the space to slow down, talk things through, and get underneath what’s been weighing on you.

And for what it’s worth, a lot of people end up preferring it.

Why Choose Online Therapy?

Trying to fit therapy into an already full schedule isn’t always easy. Adding the extra steps just to get to an appointment can make it harder to follow through, even when you know you need the support.

Online therapy removes a lot of that friction. You can log in from your own space and still have a focused, meaningful session.

You might be wondering if virtual therapy is really the same as in-person. In my experience, the work itself translates very well. Slowing down, noticing patterns, and understanding what’s going on underneath — all of that is still very much there.

There are a few limitations. I’m not seeing your full body or picking up on every subtle cue the way I might in person. But the core of the work doesn’t depend on that. What matters most is the conversation, the awareness, and what we’re able to work through together.

And for many people, the convenience of online sessions makes it easier to stay consistent, which is often where real change starts to happen.

Who Can Benefit: Individuals & Couples

Whether it’s your relationship with yourself or your relationship with someone else that feels tangled, we can work with it together. I offer virtual therapy for:

If you’ve ever asked yourself “Why do I do what I do?” or “Why do I keep repeating some of the same patterns? then you probably already sense there’s more to understand about why things keep showing up the way they do.

Is virtual therapy private and secure?
Yes. All sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform designed to protect your privacy.

What technology do I need for online sessions?
All you need is a device with a camera and microphone – a laptop, tablet, or smartphone works well – plus a stable internet connection.

Can I switch between virtual and in-person sessions later?
Yes! I’ve had many clients switch back and forth as their circumstances change – sometimes even weekly. The conversation and the work stay the same either way. All I ask is that you give me at least 10 minutes’ notice before the session so I can change my pants.

What to Expect in Your Online Session

We’ll meet over a secure video platform that keeps your privacy a priority. During our sessions, we’ll slow down, talk through what’s happening, and start spotting patterns in your thoughts, reactions, and relationships.

This is relational work — we focus on what’s happening and why, so you can understand yourself more clearly and take steps that actually make a difference.
