Let’s talk in cliché’s for a moment:
Easier said than done. Practice makes perfect.
When teaching new skills to my clients, new ways of thinking, and/or new behaviors, I often hear “Well, that’s easier said than done.”
No, it’s not. I respond with, “Actually, no. It’s practice makes perfect.”
No new skill is easy when first attempted. Try learning to ski or to speak a new language, it takes work. It takes practice.
New skills are extraordinarily difficult on the first attempt. We botch it and keep trying. They’re a bit easier by the 100th attempt. Easier still by the 1000th attempt. And on and on.
You get the drift.
Let me teach you the new skills. Then let me work with you while you perfect them. Contact me today to get started!
