Professional Virtual Therapy from the Comfort of Your Home

Have you ever thought, I want support but I just can’t fit therapy into my schedule right now?” If that sounds familiar, virtual therapy can make getting help a lot more doable. I offer online sessions for adults 30 and older across Massachusetts, which means you can meet with me from home, your office, or wherever you have privacy – without dealing with traffic, parking, or reshuffling your whole day

Whether you’re considering individual therapy or couples therapy, online sessions can still give you the space to slow down, talk things through, and start understanding what’s actually underneath what you’ve been struggling with.

Why Choose Online Therapy?

Sometimes in-person therapy just feels like one more thing to manage. Your schedule is already full, and adding a commute, parking, and logistics can make getting support feel harder than it needs to be. Maybe you just want to log on from your living room without all extra the steps that comes with traditional therapy

You might also be wondering, “Is online therapy really the same?” The honest answer? It’s just as effective as in-person work, and of course much more convenient. Trust me my own therapy is virtual, and it’s been completely effective

Virtual therapy sometimes gets a bad reputation, but most of the concerns are about logistics rather than the work itself. Sure, I can’t always see your whole body or pick up on every subtle cue the way I could in person. But the real work – slowing down, noticing patterns, understanding what’s going on is absolutely still there.

Who Can Benefit: Individuals & Couples

Whether it’s your relationship with yourself or your relationship with someone else that feels tangled, we can work with it together. I offer virtual therapy for:

Individuals: If you’ve ever asked yourself “Why do I do what I do?” or “Why do I keep repeating some of the same patterns?then you probably already sense there’s more to understand about why things keep showing up the way they do.

Couples: Whether you’ve been together for decades or just a short while, if you’re noticing distance, recurring patterns, or communication that feels stuck, we’ll figure out what’s really going on and what next steps feel healthy.

FAQ
Is virtual therapy private and secure?
Yes. All sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform designed to protect your privacy
What technology do I need for online sessions?
All you need is a device with a camera and microphone – a laptop, tablet, or smartphone works well – plus a stable internet connection.
Can I switch between virtual and in-person sessions later?
Yes! I’ve had many clients switch back and forth as their circumstances change – sometimes even weekly. The conversation and the work stay the same either way. All I ask is that you give me at least 10 minutes’ notice before the session so I can change my pants

What to Expect in Your Online Session

We’ll meet over a secure video platform that keeps your privacy a priority. During our sessions, we’ll slow down, talk through what’s happening, and start spotting patterns in your thoughts, reactions, and relationships.
This is relational work – we focus on what’s happening and why it’s happening so you can understand yourself more clearly and take steps that actually make a difference.

Lets Work Together

Curious if virtual therapy is right for you? Great. That curiosity is a good first step. Reach out, and we’ll talk about where you are, what you’re hoping for, and what feels like a good next step. I’ll walk you through scheduling, what to expect for your first session, and how to get the most out of our time together
